Release list
OneOS 0.4.13
OneOS puts another Android system next to One UI on a rooted Samsung Galaxy and switches between them without flashing anything. You switch from the OneOS app and come back with Back to One UI inside the other system, or by holding Volume Up + Volume Down for 3 seconds.
What's new since 0.4.7
- ColorOS 17 global (IN) build with Google Play and the Play Store, on every supported Galaxy S phone. It returns to One UI without a restart, like the CN build.
- More phones (untested, please report): Galaxy Z Fold8, Z Fold7, S26, S26+, S25+ and S24 Ultra. Galaxy S23 and S23+ are accepted for testing only: the system will most likely not start there.
- Pixel 11 Pro system on the Galaxy S26 Ultra, S26+ and S26.
- ColorOS comes back to One UI without a restart, with every safety guard the Pixel system has.
- Bluetooth turns on in ColorOS on the S25 series, S24 Ultra and Fold7 (Bluetooth audio there not yet).
- Fixes: the status bar clock next to the camera on the S25 Ultra and S26 Ultra; the ColorOS cover screen at One UI's size on the Fold; no charging error warning on a PC; the other system can no longer touch your eSIM.
- Easy deleting of old copies: right after setting up a new system, from the space tile on the main screen, or all at once in Advanced, Free up space.
- 0.4.12 and 0.4.13 fix two 0.4.11 problems: switching got stuck on the OneOS logo, and setting up the IN build stopped after the download check.
Warning
Experimental. It can break your phone's data. Do not try this unless you know what you are doing.
Before switching you must back up your accounts and data, and remove the screen lock (PIN, pattern, password, fingerprint, face). Read the warnings in the README first.

OneOS 0.4.7
OneOS puts another Android system next to One UI on a rooted Samsung Galaxy and switches between them without flashing anything. You switch from the OneOS app and come back with Back to One UI inside the other system, or by holding Volume Up + Volume Down for 3 seconds.
What's in 0.4.7
- Back to One UI without a restart. The return now brings One UI back in place. If any check fails, the phone restarts into One UI as before.
- Full Pixel 11 Fold system with Google Play and Google's apps. Only the apps tied to Pixel hardware (Pixel Camera and two services) are left out.
- Bluetooth audio and blur work in the Pixel system.
- ColorOS 17 (Find X9 Ultra build) is now marked tested on the Galaxy S25, S25 Ultra and S26 Ultra.
Warning
Experimental. It can break your phone's data. Do not try this unless you know what you are doing.
Before switching you must back up your accounts and data, and remove the screen lock (PIN, pattern, password, fingerprint, face). Use a tested phone only. Read the warnings in the README first.

Snapdragon Samsung flagships on One UI 9 (Android 17) only, with root (tested with KernelSU).
Pixel 11 Fold on the Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra: calls and SMS on both SIMs, 5G and Wi-Fi, Bluetooth audio, Google Play and Google's apps, the inner and cover screens, blur, and Back to One UI (usually without a restart).
Your phone is not listed?
Run OneOS Probe on it. It changes nothing and strips the IMEI, phone numbers and Wi-Fi names from its report (it needs root to read the system). Tap Run tests, then Share, and post the zip with your phone model in Phone reports in the OneOS Telegram group. New releases are announced there too.
How to start
Before anything else (do not skip these):
- Use a tested phone. The systems above have only been tested on the
phones listed next to them. On any other phone the app warns you, and things
may not work. - Back up your accounts and data. Samsung Cloud, Google and Smart Switch,
plus photos and anything else you can't lose. OneOS guards One UI's data,
but it is experimental. - Remove your screen lock. Settings › Lock screen › Screen lock type ›
None or Swipe: no PIN, pattern, password, fingerprint or face. If
something goes wrong and the phone boot-loops, a locked phone may need a
factory reset to recover. OneOS will not switch while a lock is set. - Root, battery and heat. The phone must be rooted (tested with KernelSU),
charged to at least 30 % and not hot (under 42 °C).
Then:
- Install the OneOS app and allow it in your root manager.
- In OneOS open Systems, tap Download on the system made for your
phone and download it, on Wi-Fi (3.3 to 5.3 GB). - Back in OneOS tap I have the file, pick the download, then Set up.
Setup takes about 15 minutes: keep OneOS open and the phone plugged in. One
UI keeps working meanwhile. - Tap Switch. To come back, tap Back to One UI in the other system
(usually no restart), or hold Volume Up + Volume Down for 3 seconds. Stuck on the logo? Hold
Power + Volume Down to restart into One UI.
If your root does not survive a restart, activate it again after you come back.
