all SDK manifests/launchers/generated clients, native-contract, Cargo.lock,
and release-workflow references. No proto/RPC change since the 0.4.13
derived-artifact regen — this release adds the Casbin-only authz rearchitecture
(SRV-001), the embedding GDPR teardown fix (B.1.5) and chunking pipeline
(B.2.2), and doc/example corrections.
