v0.12.3 — OptiScaler route no longer reports a missing add-on it never needed

Fixes a status row that lied on the OptiScaler route. (#66)

If you picked OptiScaler (built-in NR pass), the install finished, the header said Done, and a row underneath still said:

DLSS 5 add-on · leaked
renodx-dlss5.addon64 · nvngx_dlssnr.dll        missing

Pressing Install again never cleared it, because nothing was wrong. That row belongs to the ReShade route. OptiScaler carries its own neural pass, so renodx-dlss5.addon64 is never installed on that route and the row could not go green.

The OptiScaler route now shows a DLSS 5 model · leaked row that asks only for nvngx_dlssnr.dll — the file that route actually needs. The ReShade route is unchanged and still reports the add-on when it is genuinely absent.

Nothing to reinstall: if you were affected, your game was already set up correctly. Update the tool and the row turns green.
