Fix: the RenoDX HDR mod lookup could fail with error sending request ... received corrupt message of type InvalidContentType — github.com's edge occasionally answers one request with a broken TLS record. Downloads already retried on that; the small page/JSON fetches (release pages, games-index.json, the RenoDX wiki) now do too. Tested against Expedition 33 and Dragon's Dogma 2 folders headlessly (lookup, install, remove) with both engines.

Still not run in a game by the author: OptiScaler engine + RenoDX mod (ReShade as ReShade64.dll, LoadReshade=true). Files and ini are verified on disk; report back if the game crashes with that combination.
