v1.0.2 — verified workbook and review fixes
Corrected workbook and review-remediation release for the fixed 2026-10-03 source snapshot. Supersedes v1.0.1.
- Default 2026 Q2 rate change now subtracts the prior-year rate: −0.1 percentage points, not +6.0. Trailing-four write-offs remain 543.4 S$M.
- Workbook includes the 2015 baseline and all ten annual comparisons, namespace-safe XML, Stop validation and invalid-selection guidance; temporary builds are validated before publication.
- Corrected chart annotations, percentages, aggregation descriptions and sign legend. Principal-only/year-end sensitivities added; conclusions no longer equate card counts with customers or infer lending quality/stress from aggregate ratios alone.
- Provenance failures stop processing; staged full runs validate before publication and roll back ordinary publication errors. Single-writer, not crash-atomic.
Verification: 39 local regressions, bridge self-check, 7/7 smoke checks and 20 repeated artifact hashes; installed LibreOffice recalculated the key workbook selections and ten annual comparisons. Ubuntu PR and post-merge CI passed with a clean hash-locked dependency installation; Pages deployment succeeded. Microsoft Excel visuals and actual lxml execution remain unverified.
Headline unchanged: 2025 +96.5 = +63.9 balance term +32.6 recomputed-ratio term, S$M.

v1.0.1 — superseded by v1.0.2 (rate-change formula error)
Superseded by v1.0.2. Do not use this workbook: its year-over-year rate-change formula returns the prior-year rate rather than the difference. Download v1.0.2 for the corrected −0.1 pt default.
Corrected Excel quick-check workbook for the 2026-10-03 pull.
What was wrong in v1.0: the 4-quarter cell used OFFSET on a newest-first sheet and dropped the selected quarter — a reviewer saw 534.2 where the README promised 543.4 — and a caveat line overwrote the rate-change label.
This build: a Seq (1=oldest) index drives SUMIFS windows (no OFFSET; blank instead of #REF at the edges; still correct if rows are re-sorted); the caveat sits on its own row; the Annual bridge sheet computes write-offs, average rollover, both bridge terms and a closure check as live formulas. Builder receipts: a no-OFFSET scan across every sheet, and an assert that the 4-quarter formula's row window sums to 543.4 for the default selection (2026 Q2) on this pull.
Headline unchanged: +96.5 = volume +63.9 + rate +32.6 S$. Full remediation: PR #3 / the README revision note.

v1.0 — the Excel quick-check workbook
The Excel quick-check workbook (formula-only, no macros) for the 2026-10-03 pull. Sheets: Quick check (quarter dropdown + XLOOKUPs + rolling-4-quarter and YoY cells), Quarterly (47 quarters), Annual bridge (the rate-vs-volume split). Same numbers as outputs/yearly_bridge.csv and the README headline.
Superseded by v1.0.1 (2026-10-04): the v1.0 workbook carried a wrong 4-quarter formula (showed 534.2 where the README promised 543.4). The corrected workbook is attached to v1.0.1 — and has also been re-uploaded here so every download is correct.
