v1.0.2 — validated pipeline and accessible Power BI comparison

Fixes

• Correct duplicate accounting; reject empty staging before replacing parquet (#6, #7).
• Validate comparison windows and all sensitivities before CSV export, with clean failure messages; standardize CSV line endings (#8, #9, #12).
• Fix the Power BI resale card's Q3 accessible description and compute count/YoY from the current filter context rather than a fixed growth label (#10).
• Make chart contribution colors, waterfall bounds and excluded-town counts follow the data (#11).

Report and verification

The attached hdb-resale-mart.pbix was exported with Power BI Desktop Save As, reopened and rendered. The unfiltered count is 3,270 · +7.0% for Q3 2026 vs Q3 2025; selecting Queenstown gives 95 · +61.0%. Editable, cache-free PBIP source is included in the repository. Table totals remain disabled.

Nine real pipeline/figure regression tests, three artifact smoke checks and source/PBIX contract checks pass. Independent replay from the original snapshot reproduced both numerical CSVs and all eight analytical PNGs byte-for-byte. A fresh official-source pull independently reproduces all 26 town rows and six sensitivity rows. CI now runs generated-fixture numerical pipeline checks, not a live API pull.

Use and limits

The PBIX includes the imported snapshot. Before refreshing on another machine, change the CSV source to your local outputs/town_4room_yoy.csv after running the pipeline; see bi/README.md. Quarter labels remain fixed. No full Power BI refresh or spoken screen-reader test was performed. The report validator found zero errors with one unavailable visual-schema warning; compressed DataModel contents were not fully decoded. CSV validation failures preserve both old outputs, but arbitrary late I/O failures are not transactional. Historical releases are retained.

Refreshed .pbix — review-pass fixes (tables show no non-additive totals; clearer KPI labels). Report source for reports/figures/bi_page.png. Loads outputs/town_4room_yoy.csv. Rebuilt 2026-10-03 (Power BI Desktop v2.158.1177.0); refresh via Home → Refresh after re-running the analysis.
