Stripped PEAK Managed reference assemblies for GitHub Actions builds.

NuGet PEAKGameLibs 1.0.1 is missing Roots-era APIs (LuggageRoots, offsetLuggageSpawn, etc.).
This zip is used only as compile-time references in CI — not shipped in the Thunderstore package.

Refresh when PEAK updates APIs the mod compiles against:

  1. Strip/publicize Managed DLLs from a local PEAK install into artifacts/ci-gamelibs/
  2. Zip the folder contents to artifacts/peak-ci-gamelibs.zip
  3. gh release upload ci-refs artifacts/peak-ci-gamelibs.zip --clobber
