Test build from the feat/cloud-only-restore branch - not merged to master yet.

Follows v1.3.0-test1; everything from it is included.

Fixed since test1

  • PSP saves stored outside ux0 are found now - uma0, imc0 and xmc0 are searched too
  • a PSP game whose savedata was deleted now shows its backups, like Vita games already did
  • backup creation can be canceled
