htop-win v0.2.15
This patch improves process monitoring, update reliability, and rendering performance.
- Fix delayed executable-path searches and make Command sorting match the displayed name or path.
- Recover GPU/NPU counters consistently after failed queries, adapter changes, and pause/resume; verify process creation time before attributing graphics counters.
- Correct modal mouse navigation, Setup scrolling, and console input restoration.
- Stage and sync complete update files, serialize installation commands, and preserve recovery files if rollback fails.
- Reduce byte-column and footer allocations. Component benchmarks measured about 48% faster byte formatting and 38% faster footer composition with equivalent output; these are component measurements, not whole-application speedups.
- Upgrade the toolchain and minimum Rust version to 1.99.1; fix build, version-bump, and unattended benchmark tooling.
Validation: 282 Windows Rust tests, eight Python maintenance tests, Clippy with warnings denied, workflow validation, and x64/ARM64 release builds.
