- Double-clicking the header no longer hides it, and clicking meters cycles Bar → Text → Graph without them vanishing (#28). The # key shows a recovery hint when hiding the header, and restores meters left stranded-hidden by older versions.
- F7/F8 are now labeled "Nice -" / "Nice +" and pre-select the priority dialog one class higher/lower (#26).
- "GPU meter adapter" now appears above "Reset all settings" in F2 Setup (#27).
- The Process Info dialog now updates in real time: CPU%, memory, threads, handles, I/O, GPU/NPU.
- The Windows version resource is generated from Cargo.toml at build time, so it can never go stale.
- Internal: modules compile once (faster builds), Setup dialog items are defined in one table, config writes are debounced, new input-layer tests, and CI now runs on every push/PR.
