Linefeed 0.0.7

Fixes repeated scroll jumping when joining a channel with history enabled. History pages now settle the scroll position before display, and each room retains its own scroll state.

Validation: all 156 tests pass, including a regression test for history loading; Clippy passes with warnings denied.
