Caps Talk v0.2.0

Caps Talk is the new name for the project.

Highlights:

• Renamed the repository, Python package, commands, configuration paths, and services to Caps Talk
• Replaced the wide key logo and social preview with CAPS TALK branding
• Updated the animated demo without changing the Caps Lock hotkey behavior
• Automatically migrates version 0.1.0 configuration and glossary files
• Keeps cap-to-talk commands and CAP_TO_TALK_* variables as compatibility aliases

Existing users can pull the renamed repository and rerun ./install.sh; personal configuration is preserved.
