Safety

Use Cold Digger only on media you own or are authorized to examine. Recovered keys, wallet material, addresses, or balances do not establish ownership or permission to access funds. Case directories may contain highly sensitive, unredacted data.

Verification

The release passed all 93 automated tests under Python 3.12. GitHub Actions also built the Ubuntu 24.04 container and verified its required recovery dependencies with networking disabled.
