Summary

  • add workflow-oriented SDK services for workflows, OpenMM, OpenMMDL, BoltzGen, library operations, and report submission
  • expand the CLI with resource-oriented commands plus JSON and YAML payload flows for jobs and workflows
  • ship packaged example payloads and refresh the README to point to the new /sdk documentation paths

Packaging

  • bump the package version to 0.2.0
  • add PyYAML as a dependency for YAML-based SDK and CLI flows

Notes

This release is intended to trigger the repository's GitHub Actions PyPI publish workflow.
