Revive: forwarder 0.3, slim Python image, e2e tests

• MailToTelegramForwarder updated to upstream 0.3 (python-telegram-bot 22).
  The Gmail search fix, CUT_FROM_SUBJECT and FORWARD_MAIL_CONTENT are kept.
• The rendered config with the IMAP password and bot token is no longer
  printed on start, and the bot token no longer shows up in the logs.
• A % in the IMAP password no longer breaks the config.
• Images embedded in HTML mails are forwarded again, and subjects with &
  or < no longer break HTML messages.
• CUT_FROM_SUBJECT now applies to the message text too.
• New optional settings: IMAP_PORT, IMAP_FOLDER, IMAP_REFRESH, IMAP_SEARCH,
  MAX_LENGTH, PREFER_HTML, FORWARD_ATTACHMENT, FORWARD_EMBEDDED_IMAGES,
  IGNORE_INLINE_IMAGE. The required settings can be read from files
  (*_FILE, Docker secrets). Existing variables keep working.
• Image based on python:3.13-slim. It runs as a non-root user, stops cleanly
  on docker stop and fails fast when required settings are missing.
• Images for amd64, arm64 and arm/v7, published to Docker Hub and GHCR after
  an end-to-end test.
