Add an Insights settings page that explains weekday capture patterns, typical conversation length, and conversations per active day. Reuse the Stats date filter and calendar timezone, handle tied weekdays, and wait for five conversations before describing patterns.
Validation: desktop typecheck and full test suite passed in the applied workspace, along with formatting, i18n, and license checks. The rendered page was checked with sample data at desktop and narrow widths. Existing lint and workflow-scan findings are unchanged.
