Breaks

• Fast variable renamed: "ff." renamed to "fast."
• When a goal doesn't exist nothing is executed (previously, global statements were executed)
• Docker shell always use the shall path defined in the URL as entrypoint, it overrides the default one if any
• Any shell can be used (removed limitation to ash and bash)

• Json pretty output (with indentation for better readability)
