Description of the problem/suggestion:
We don't really reference this file too often and it's mostly used as a source for https://www.fatiando.org/harmonica/latest/citing.html (which I guess if where most people will find the citation information). So I propose we ditch these files and just include the info directly in the doc/citing.rst file.
