Added citations to Fatiando itself up to 2018. Need to finish the rest and add citations to the packages (some are there already). |

The lists are populated from 2 yaml files, one for our papers and one for uses of Fatiando. Better than having just a "Used by" page since the title looks bad on navigation and we didn't have our own papers listed anywhere.
