Changes:

• Add ibkr-cli skill for AI agents (Claude Code, OpenClaw, etc.) — covers full workflow from IB Gateway setup to trading
• Update README with skill installation instructions (npx skills add fatwang2/ibkr-cli)
• Fix author name and repository URLs in package metadata
• Remove unnecessary setup.py
