First release on CRAN

First release on CRAN of countries, the package that facilitates working with country data.

countries includes functions for:

• hassle free conversion of country names;
• download country information;
• plot chloropleth maps;
• easily merge country data by dealing with different country names and date formats;
• and several other useful function!
