feat(app): a refused build hands over the working LauncherHub prebuilt of the same repo

The proxy refuses repos it can never mirror (TFT_eSPI / Arduino_GFX, ESP-IDF, MicroPython, library
repos); 18 of the 20 refused so far have a LauncherHub prebuilt whose github is exactly that repo
(measured against the live feed). LauncherHub.matchRepo (exact owner/repo, any URL form, most
downloaded first; unit-tested) -> 'Flash the working prebuilt: ' -> opens its LauncherHub detail.
prebuilt_offered / prebuilt_opened events. Verified on the emulator through the real proxy:
BuildDevices/firmware -> refused with its reason -> button -> Bruce for Cardputer & ADV 1.16.1 detail.

Install: adb install droidputer-v0.0.7.apk, or open the APK on the phone (Android 8+). USB-OTG required: plug the ESP32-S3 in with an OTG cable and grant the USB permission once.
