Release Changes

• Add batch parameter, which will be included in the output directory tree
• Add generation of figures with plots for each block at the end of the session
• Add possibility to download config files in the setup.ps1 script, if they don't exist already
• Rename out.csv column names to shorter ones
• Add new prompts and modify existing ones in the startup script
• Create an animal.yml file per animal instead of using the same one for every animal
• Move setup number information from animal.yml to config.yml file
• Add possibility to save data in a backup directory (except the video)
• Change computer timestamp from being a datetime to being a time
• Make convert-output script run both at the beginning and at the end of the session (because of some types of crash)
• Move part of the logic for timing LNP time from software to hardware
• Add camera type parameter to the setup.csv file (to be used in the future)
