Changes
- Fix auditd startup failure: recreate /var/log/audit/ excluded by rsync (live ISO + installed target via Calamares shellprocess)
- Add 'Build from DCB cache' option in welcome dialog when distroclone-backup cache is present
- apt-mark manual auditd to survive autoremove after calamares purge
