This release adds the option for data in network tables to be weighted by 1/n, where n is the number of times that data point appears in the column (e.g. average home value in 2006). This helps mitigate bias in clustering and data analysis arising from data that appears in multiple temporal paths having outsize influence. Note that data is always weighted for clustering, but the NetworkTable object is not weighted unless the user sets the weighted parameter to True.
