v0.2.1 — dependency and CI maintenance

Maintenance release on top of v0.2.0. No application behavior changes — application source code is identical to v0.2.0; this release only refreshes build-time dependencies and CI tooling.

Image changes (frontend bundle rebuilt)

• typescript 5.9.3 → 6.0.3 (build-time only; emitted output unchanged)

The actions sweep silences the upstream Node.js 20 deprecation warning GitHub started emitting on every workflow run.
