CHRONO v1.0.2 — the fix release
Critical fix: GTA V crashed at launch since v0.13. Root cause: a hallucinated native function — the hash used for GET_INTERIOR_AT_COORDS exists in NO native table. Audited every raw hash in the codebase, replaced with the verified one, and fixed a second silent bug (the energy speed penalty never actually worked — wrong native). 526 tests, 0 warnings.

- WEBNET live feed — the city reacts to your powers ("witnesses baffled by a frozen moment")

- Face on File / Clean Identity — caught on camera and your identity burns
- Custody law suppression + escort rides
- Mood system: walking outdoors recovers you, TV boosts, parked does nothing
- Real wanted-star HUD
