Potentially fixed dependencies build

Standalone build that should work on any Win10/11.
Unsigned build so you might have to do the 'Keep file' minigame on download in the browser.
Once downloaded you can right mouse button menu on it for Test/Configure/Install as a screensaver etc.
Unsupported :)

• ShaderSaver.scr is the .net 6 installed default that assumes OpenTK libraries etc, if not sure use standalone.
• ShaderSaver_Standalone.scr is the stand-alone runtime win-x64 version.
