- Updated swift-log to 1.14.0+
- Removed explicit logger injection from SQLite database clients/connections
- Switched SQLite pool connection and warning logs to Logger.current
- Updated tests to use withLogger
- Updated README logging note and release references to 1.0.0-rc.2
