Beta 2 of mvpfy by feature1 — the open-source IDE for PMs.

What's new

  • Auto-updates: from this version on, the app updates itself from GitHub Releases. Windows and Linux (AppImage) download and install silently with a "Restart to update" prompt; macOS shows an update notification with a download link (silent install lands once builds are signed).
  • Onboard local repositories: add a project from a folder on disk (Browse… or type a path) alongside GitHub/GitLab URLs; the original origin remote is preserved.
  • Fixed: packaged app now finds claude/codex/gh installed via nvm/npm (Finder PATH resolution).
  • Refactored architecture (service modules + MVC), unit tests, ESLint/Prettier, and CI.

Beta binaries are unsigned — macOS: System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway on first launch; Windows: SmartScreen → Run anyway. You need git, gh, docker, claude, and codex installed and signed in.
