exposureIntegration(send, { flags }) does the per-(user, flag, variant) dedupe
and flag filtering once for any analytics tool; amplitudeIntegration is now a
thin wrapper on it with no behaviour change. Recipes for Mixpanel, PostHog,
Segment and GA4 live in the docs.
