Corrects 1.30.2: the mandatory roster + per-agent model confirmation moves from the per-idea §9.0 readiness check to §0 (deck bootstrap) — it fires once when parley-deck/ is first created (parley init), not per idea/session; an already-bootstrapped deck reuses the saved selection. §9.0 keeps only the per-idea agent liveness ping. Both COOPERATION.md copies; protocol model-agnostic. Skill: parley-deck-skill 1.3.3.
