parley-deck-skill 2.11.0 — round-1 Existing alternatives template
What changed
The round-1 participant template now carries ## Existing alternatives, with the enumerated instruction the CLI gate requires: name the mechanisms the proposal builds by hand, and for each, what the toolchain, stdlib, dependencies or platform already ships, with a locator. Mark each load-bearing element constraint-forced or merely inherited. A scoped null result is legal and must name the sources consulted.
This closes a drift: the documented hand-driven path now emits artifacts the enforced path accepts. parley-deck-cli 1.47.0 rejects a round-1 artifact without a non-empty section, so a skill older than this one produces work the CLI refuses.
references/COOPERATION.md carries the new unconditional §15.6 (1,015 B, down from 1,372 B) and the corrected §15.7 per-track row, keeping the third protocol copy in step with the two the Go drift guard covers. That third copy went stale twice during this very change — nothing checks that the two repositories move together.
