First release (and probably last)

Initial release (see readme for getting started) (also, the file is pre-configured with a -20dB limit, if you want to change the limit do the first type of setup) (yeah, sorry about that)

also, i named the exe like this for making more like a windows-like system service (for making it less detectable but still it is (lmao)
