Anchor Agent v0.1.1 (prerelease)

Review-action and Pi setup follow-up to v0.1.0.

Highlights:

• reject and copy candidate from the live task panel;
• cancelling or rejecting a task invalidates pending leases and blocks late Agent updates;
• Copy MCP Configuration now offers a Pi keep-alive preset with user-approved Sampling;
• Base / Current Local / Candidate review columns;
• publisher is feeeeling (uninstall undefined_publisher.anchor-agent first).

Install anchor-agent-0.1.1.vsix, then run Anchor Agent: Copy MCP Configuration, choose Pi, save the JSON, and run /reload in Pi. See docs/pi-setup.md.
