Feelcoin v0.2.0 introduces the consensus-enforced 2% development treasury starting at block 590.

Key points:

• Mandatory protocol upgrade for nodes syncing beyond block 590
• 98% of block subsidy to miner/pool
• 2% of block subsidy to the Feelcoin development treasury
• 100% of transaction fees remain with miners/pools
• No additional inflation: the treasury is a split of the existing block subsidy
• Linux x64 binaries included

Windows build temporarily unavailable

The Windows binaries have been temporarily removed while we investigate antivirus false-positive detections and improve the Windows packaging.

The source code remains publicly available. A refreshed Windows package will be published after additional verification.
