The first public release of StampHelper: a privacy-first, static China Post postage calculator and finite-inventory stamp optimizer.

Highlights

The release commit and annotated v1.0.0 tag are both SSH signed and verified by GitHub. The local gate passed ESLint, dependency audit, 45 automated tests, workflow linting, staged secret scanning, package inspection, and release-archive validation.

Rates and route availability remain snapshots rather than a guarantee of counter acceptance. Confirm the final service and charge with China Post when posting.
