Introducing, themes!

This isn't a big shift for anyone consuming OPUI, but it's very good for me (or anyone) wanting to build new themes on top of the OPUI foundation.

Some files have been renamed, the getting started guide has been revised and a little bit of this and that.

I wanted to add a theme switcher to show the difference between the two themes I've created to begin with but man, switching between two CSS files... it wasn't working well. I'll try to make it happen at some point.

Lastly I'll dress the new docs in the new theme with the imaginative name theme-two. It's a bit more scaled down, cleaner and more unified than theme-one that was an experimental hotpot at times.
