FungMod 0.1.1

FungMod 0.1.1 is the first PyPI-published alpha release of the registry-backed,
unit-aware virtual-experiment engine.

Install it with:

python -m pip install fungmod==0.1.1

Highlights:

• three deterministic, executable release notebooks: zero-to-report, advanced
  capabilities, and five purified fungal beta-glucosidases on cellobiose;
• one provenance-matched, no-refit comparison with nine digitized literature
  time-course observations;
• generic coupled hydrolysis/substrate-transglycosylation with one
  provenance-backed Phanerochaete chrysosporium BGL1B configuration;
• a minimal exploratory well-mixed fungal-process coupling API;
• uniform Cartesian 2D/3D finite-volume reaction diffusion;
• constant-activity-coefficient nonideal reversible thermodynamics;
• independent-input variance-based global sensitivity with Saltelli
  first-order and Jansen total-order estimators;
• a publication-oriented calibration evidence audit whose software pass never
  authorizes a publication claim; and
• deterministic build-time staging of canonical package resources, with wheel
  byte-identity and isolated-install verification.

Scientific scope remains deliberately bounded. Source-organism labels do not
make the purified-enzyme showcases whole-fungus models. The time-course result
is a same-source consistency comparison, not independent validation, and its
digitization resolution is not experimental uncertainty. The fungal coupling
is software-tested and exploratory rather than organism-specific physiology.
Publication-grade biological calibration, empirical joint parameter
distributions, correlated-input sensitivity, dynamic fungal morphology, and
coupled-network thermodynamic optimization remain unavailable.
