OneBlock-Run v0.1.0-alpha

This is the first working version of the OneBlock Run Plugin

The game starts if there are at least 3 players online, then is there a 30-second lobby phase, after that the game lasts 1 hour (3600 seconds) and every 30 seconds there is a random item drop.
The game restarts after a server reload and resets the world.

This is an alpha version, so there are no config files at the moment. They will be coming soon in any later release.
