Fixed

• Pages can now be moved into parents (including the site root) whose
  blueprint only contains a pagestree section. Kirby core hardcodes
  type: pages when validating move targets — the plugin now works
  around this automatically. The hidden type: pages section
  workaround is no longer needed. (#1)
