Playback rewritten on the SDK's detached-audio model — one shared session that survives the tool losing foreground.

Fixes:

Bluetooth icon now opens Bluetooth settings
Bluetooth play/pause actions the current station
stop → exit → play resumes the same station
no more double playback (one player, one session)
stream no longer stops ~10s after screen off / tool inactive
