Watchtower v0.7.45

- Fixed extensions: all categories now load (738 total: 87 watch + 640 manga + 11 novel)
- Reorganized extensions: nsfw/ merged into watch/ (video) and manga/ (image)
- Renamed anime → watch throughout extension repo
- Fixed app localization: "Anime Extensions" → "Watch Extensions"
