• stub rustls-platform-verifier via [patch.crates-io] to eliminate aws-lc-rs
• bump stdlib cache key v2→v3 to force re-extraction
• handle Unix symlinks in libpython.zip.so extraction
• use __rustls instead of rustls-no-provider to remove aws-lc-rs

🧹 Suppressions

• add rustls-platform-verifier stub src/lib.rs
• add rustls-platform-verifier stub (no aws-lc-rs)
