CONNSTAR — Communications for the Amstrad CPC
CONNSTAR brings two M4 Board clients together on one disk:
- CPCFAX: Viewdata access for services such as Telstar and Amshole.
- M4TERM: A True VT100 Terminal! A first for the Amstrad CPC we think.
Highlights - Fast text drawing, screen clearing and scrolling.
- VT100 cursor movement, scroll regions, text attributes and line-drawing characters.
- Telnet terminal-type and window-size negotiation.
- Editable manual addresses with working Delete and Backspace.
- Improved connection cleanup and error reporting.
Getting started
Load CONNSTAR.DSK in CPCemu with M4 support, or on an Amstrad CPC with an M4 Board, then enter:
RUN"CONNSTAR"
Choose 1 for Viewdata or 2 for the terminal.
