• Let manual release runs ignore [skip release]
  A run started from the Actions tab read [skip release] from the last
  commit message and skipped, so it could never release after a skipped
  push. Only push events honor it now.

• Set up automatic CurseForge deploy, same as BonuslootAddon [skip release]
  Moves the addon to the repository root so BigWigsMods/packager can build
  it, and adds the Bonusloot release flow:
  • auto-release.yml: every push to main that touches the addon bumps the
    version (patch, or #minor/#major), tags it and starts release.yml.
  • release.yml: runs the offline test harness, then packages and uploads
    to CurseForge and GitHub Releases (needs the CF_API_KEY secret).
  • .pkgmeta packages as MPlusKick without tests, branding and docs.
    The .toc version now comes from the tag (@Project-Version@).
