Release v0.2.0

Initial Release under Ferrocene

This is the first release under the Ferrocene organization.

It contains:

• the embsinth::test procedural macro to mark tests
• wrapper functionality around probe-rs for convenience connection to embedded devices
• embsinth post-process as CLI command to create mantra compatible test output
