chore(publish): rebrand publisher as Ferusnet + scaffold submission

Same submission scaffolding as ferusnet/kaos-plugin — manifest gains
authorUrl (ferusnet.com) and helpUrl (the repo), package.json drops
private and picks up the homepage/repository/bugs metadata Obsidian's
automated review reads, and a version-bump.mjs keeps manifest.json and
versions.json in sync when npm version bumps. User-facing "Ferus"
strings across README, LICENSE, TS command names, notices and setting
tab are rebranded to "Ferusnet" for the community catalog. Test
fixtures under tests/fixtures/ intentionally keep their "Ferus" author
strings — they are test data.
