✨ A release check that admits when it could not run
GitHub limits how many times an app may ask about releases in an hour. Once that limit pauses Airlift's requests, the pause is now recorded rather than quietly discarded.
Before this, a paused check looked exactly like a successful one. Airlift would say "You're running the latest Airlift version" while holding release information from well before the newest version, and the Sources page reported that every repository had been checked.
Airlift now tells you the check could not run and shows you the time it can try again, keeping whatever it already knew. The next check that reaches GitHub clears the message.
