Sir Word-a-lot is on the shelf: a vocabulary and thesaurus trainer that keeps a word with the sentence you met it in, enriches it with real synonyms, and brings it back until it sticks. Thirteen apps now.
Four apps caught up with their current builds: clockt 0.5.24, Gitland 0.14.0, Hisashi 0.6.17 and osXos 0.2.1.
✨ Apps invite Airlift in
An app joins the catalog by saying so, in a properties.piml at the root of its repository holding (airlift) true. Airlift used to sweep up every neighbouring project that happened to carry an installer manifest, and keep a hand-written list of the ones to leave alone.
A project that has invited Airlift but has not been published yet is named as waiting rather than breaking the import. It appears on the shelf the first time the catalog is rebuilt after its first release.
✨ An app is installable whatever it is called
Airlift looked for a Windows installer named after the app, which holds until an app's name is not a file name. Sir Word-a-lot publishes SirWordALot-Setup-0.1.1.exe, and Airlift would have reported its release as having no package for Windows. It now follows the project, so the app installs and updates like any other.
